I (Courtney) got the chance to review the workout mat and I must say, it is far better than my old yoga mat. It doesn’t slide around on hard-wood floors and stays in place.  It’s very comfy and soft. I love the thickness of it. This really is a great workout mat whether you use it for yoga or any type of exercise.
