GiveMama looooves yoga. I’ve been doing it for 10 years. Typically I do better in a class than at home, but I realized that it’s better for me to do a DVD program at home than not go to a class (like on cold, wintery days). I hadn’t found a video program that I liked…up until now.

If you’ve done yoga before, it’s pretty standard. The instructor, Anastasia, walks through each move and gives you options on how to do them. It’s funny. She didn’t smile in the first 4 videos. Then the 5th, the Dance video, she was all smiles and almost bouncing up and down. I guess she likes Dance Yoga.

I liked the 10 minute sessions on the last dvd. Sometimes I want to get a little yoga in but don’t have time for a full session. Recommendation: don’t wear flannel pjs when you do these videos! You will sweat!

All in all, this is a great collection of yoga videos. It also comes with a position chart that explains the proper way to do moves, and Anastasia’s Food Celebration: her take on dieting and health, which includes recipes.
