Win A Kid’s Fun Pack: Ant-O-Sphere, Scholastic Books and Tickle Me Plant!
Posted by Give DaddyCongratulations to elsaodette, winner of the Family Vitamin Pack giveaway!
It’s summer time and that means the kids are out of school. Looking for ways to keep them entertained? Givedaddy has a few prizes in this week’s Kid’s Fun Prize Pack that they’ll love!
You could win these neat kid’s prizes:
- Tickle Me Plant
- Scholastic books
- Ant-O-Sphere
Tickle Me Plant
Have you ever seen a plant move its branches and leaves, when you tickle it? Grow your very own Tickle Me Plant and experience the joy of having a plant that moves when you touch it. Tickle Me Plants give children a positive experience growing plants and they grow beautiful pink flowers after several months.
The winner will receive a 4 pack of Tickle Me Plant Seeds. We grew these and had a blast tickling them. They’d even close if you picked up the cup and moved it. Very sensitive! It’s so fun to do sciencey things with Max at his age (5). These are great for party favors or classroom activities.
Scholastic Books

Max Spaniel: Funny Lunch
David Catrow’s loveable spaniel is back! Readers will dine with delight as Chef Max serves up one hysterical meal after another at his very own diner. New readers will laugh-out-load as Max’s pizza pie special creates one wacky lunchtime.
Firehouse
Join Edward and his cousin Judy as they spend a hilarious day learning how to become firefighters. From a fire drill that leads to a slippery slide down a fire pole, to a hysterical battle with an out-of-control fire hose, Edward is in for an action-packed adventure. And when faced with a real emergency, can Edward save the day?
Max (my Max) is an avid reader these days (and reading all by himself, thank you very much). These books were engaging and fun to read together. I’ve long been a fan of Scholastic, so I’m glad they reached out to GiveDaddy so you can share them with your kids!
Ant- O – Sphere Starter Pod
A space-age ant colony, your child can observe his ants creating a colony in this cool habitat. Connectable, collectible sets let them build as big as their imagination will allow! The Ant-O-Sphere makes a great starter set or addition to the 8-pod set or Mayan Ant Invasion by International Playthings!
I totally handed this project over to my husband, lover of all things science related. I send him and Max off to find ants, and came back to find my antique record player covered with dirt! They collected a few ants, but no queen, so the experiment was a flop. Fortunately there are plenty of ants in our neighborhood, so they will try again. The kit is cool because you start with this pod and can add on to it, much like you would a hamster cage. One pod of ants is plenty for my household, thank you very much.
